Gifts to children

Question: Can i utilise the money I am keeping as amaanat of my immature child?

Answer: Anything which was given to a minor, is his. It cannot be taken away from him. If the parent used of it, then he will have to replace it. If clothes are sewen or bought for the child then it remains the property of the child. Only if he gives it, will the distribution of it be valid.
