If my khuff (leather sock) is torn, can i make masah on it?

Question: If my khuff (leather sock) is torn, can i make masah on it? It is torn and I can see my foot.

Answer: If the tear is to the extent of three small toes of yours, and when walking your foot becomes visible, you may NOT make masah on it. If the tear is in both feet and combined the extent of tear is the equivalent of three small toes, masah will not be valid.
