One died in the state of Hadh-e-akbar

Question: A person died whilst in the state of Hadath-e-akbar. Could he still be pronounced a martyr if he was for example killed for his belongings?
Answer: No, because he was in that state when he was shot, the ruling of a martyr will not apply to him.
