A wakeel to buy meat

Question: I sent someone to the buthery to buy 5kg of beef mince. He however bought 5kg of mutton mince. I do not want the mutton mince and the shop will not refund him. How do we solve this matter, because i am not paying for the mutton.
Answer: You clearly stated beef mince. That someone will have to take the mince and pay for it. You do not have to pay for it. You did not tell him to buy mutton.
