A non Muslim doing the khatnah

Question: If there is no Muslim doctor to do the khatnah or circumcission of the child, may a non Muslim do it?

Answer: It is not a Mas’ala, that the khatnah must be done by a Muslim only. If a non Muslim does the khatnah, it will be permissible.
