Permissible to take a non-Muslim’s money to build a Masjid?

Question: Is it permissible to take money from a kaafir to build a Masjid?

Answer: If there is a fear of ulterior gain by using the money, such as authority and ownership, then it is not permissible to take the money. If there is no fear of anykind by accepting the money, then it will be permissible.
