Running a madraasah with the funds of the Masjid

Question: Is it permissible to use Masjid funds to run a madrassah in the Masjid?

Answer: If the person who donated the money to the Masjid said the funds of the Masjid should be use to run the madrassah, then it will be permissible to use the monies for that purpose.
