I am in the process of drawing up a will and would like to distribute my estate according to Islamic Law. Currently, I have a wife, one son, both my parents are alive and I have three siblings (a brother and two sisters). How do I allocate the estate in accordance with Islamic Law?

The entire estate will be divided into 24 portions. The heirs and their respective shares will be:

Wife—3 shares

Son—13 shares

Father—4 shares

Mother—4 shares

This is when these heirs are alive at the time of your death.
