QURBANI

Nabi (Sallallaahu alaihi wasallam) said regarding the virtues of Qurbani: “By the falling of the first drop of blood of your Qurbani, all your sins will be forgiven. The Qurbani will be brought on the Day of Qiyaamah and it will be weighed with its flesh and blood and multiplied by seventy times.”

In other words, the weighed will be multiplied by seventy times. Accordingly, the Tawaab will also increase. It is mentioned in one Hadith that a reward will be awarded for each hair or fiber of wool on the body of the sacrificed animal. One can imagine how much hair/wool there is on the body of an animal. Therefore, after receiving the full reward for the sacrificed animal, the reward will be multiplied by seventy!
