What Does The Holy Qur’an Say About Fingerprints??
Everyone, Including Identical twin have a unique fingerprint, In other words people’s identities are coded at their fingertips, This Allah-made coding system may also be compared to the Bar code system that is used today.
Fingerprints attain there final shape before birth and remain the same for a lifetime unless a permanent scar occurs due to injury etc, that is why fingerprints are accepted as a very important proof for Identity, The science of fingerprints has been used as a Non Erring identity
Determination method.
”Does the Man think that we shall not assemble his bones (and rise him up alive from grave)?? Verily we are powerful to restore his very
fingertips!” (Surah Qiyaamah 75; verses 3-4)
The Above Qur’anic Verses states that it is easy for Allah to bring Man back to life on the day of Qiyaamah after death, People’s Fingerprints are particularily emphasized.
However, What is Important is that these Feature of fingerprint was only discovered during the 19th century, but the fact was hidden in the Qur’an 14th centuries ago!, Before then people regarded fingerprints as ordinary curves without any importance, However in the Qur’an, Allah points to the fingertips, Which did not attract anyone’s attention at
that time, calls to our attention to their importance, these importancehas only been understood in our present Era.
SCIENTIFIC FACT’S ABOUT FINGERPRINTS DISCOVERED IN THIS ERA:
* Finger prints are formed in the Embryo at the fourth month and remain distinct and intact for the whole lifetime.
* Finger prints are a record of curvatures that arise due to the fusion of Epidermis with dermis
* These curvatures differ from one person to other and doesn’t match or correspond among all humans.
Here it should also be noticed that the Above Qur’anic passage also
speaks about the recreation of all fingertips,not just one, The word
fingertips refers to all hand fingers, so shaping them again after being scattered all over the mud on the resurrection day is one of the signs of Allah Almighty’s power, this is but only one side of Allah’s ability to resurrect people during qiyaamah with their Identifiable parts after annihilation.
Therefore, it is not surprising that the fingerprints are one of the signs of Almighty Allah that contain the secret of his creation, and certify to the entity of the person without any confusion, thus becoming the most genuine testimony in this world and the Aakhiraah.
The finger prints is also a demonstration of Allah’s greatness of shaping such lines on a very small space no more than a few square centimeters, its a wonderful scientific miracle of Allah Almighty which is Evident to all of us!
Praise be to Allah the Almighty who says: ‘‘Soon we will show them our signs in the fullest Horizons, and in their own souls, until it becomes manifest to them that this is the Truth” (Surah Fussilat 41, Verses 53)
