Burial of a stillborn child

QUESTION: What are the procedures for burying a stillborn child?

ANSWER: A stillborn child with no signs of life at the time of birth will have to be given ghusl the normal way. However, do not enshroud him in the normal kafn. Instead, wrap him/her in a piece of cloth and bury. Him or her should be given a name. There will be no Janazah Salah for a stillborn child.
