What to recite when yawning?

Q. Is there any basis for reciting Astaghfirullah when yawning?

A. The Hadith states: “Yawning is from Shaitaan. Therefore, if any of you yawns he should ward it off as best as he can.” In other words, he should stop the yawn by closing his mouth. If he is unsuccessful in keeping the mouth closed then he should cover his mouth with the back of the left hand. This much is reported. However, reciting Astaghfirullah at the time of yawning is not proven from the Hadith.
