A woman standing with a man in salaat

Question: What is the mas’ala if a woman stands next to a man in salaat? They both are reading behind one imaam and are reading the same salaat. There is also NO barrier between them.

Answer: If the Imaam makes niyyat for the woman following him, the man’s salaat will be faasid and if the Imaam does not make niyyat for the woman, her salaat will be faasid.
