Imaam Muhammad’s Corpulence and Intelligence

Imaam Shaafi’ (Rahmatullahi alaih) said: “I did not see a corpulent person more intelligent than Muhammed Bin Al-Hasan Ash-Shaibaani.”

The corpulence of Imaam Muhammed (Rahmatullahi alaih) was natural. It was not due to over-eating.
