HOW TO COMBAT DEPRESSION AND ANXIETY
The healing path towards overcoming depression, Insomnia, anxiety, panic attacks etc can take no more than 21 days, and you can be weaned off anti-depressants, sleeping pills etc, provided you follow this program with diligence and steadfastness.
1) Supplements: Lions Mane, Acetylcholine, & Vit B3. Must have them with Omega 3 Fish Oils and Coconut Oil. Valerian is also a good calminative. The brain is the biggest fatty organ in the body, and it needs lots of unadulterated fats like from macadamia and avocadoes.
2) Remove all stimulants from your diet: Coffee,Tea, Sugar, Power Drinks, Drugs, MSG, Alcohol and also the screen, especially adrenaline pumping games and high violence movies. This creates a few seconds high, but hours of lows.

8) Commit yourself to lifelong learning. Never let your brain stagnate. Our brain contains trillions of dendrites, and each dendrite can grow 70 000 more. There’s enough brain space for everything! Get to know the message of the Qur’an and Sunnah, study the divine texts, and start living a life of purpose. Anxiety is caused by the pain of the past, uncertainty of the future and discontent of the present. All these change the chemical balance in your brain, and creates a spiritual vacuum. But by trusting our Merciful Allah Ta’ala who holds our destiny in His hands, and ignoring the fears whispered by Shaitan, we can fully heal – Insha-Allah.
9) Three things turbo boost your brain: fasting, cold stimulation, and being of service to others (financial and physical charity). Didn’t our Rasulullah Sallallahu Alaihi wa Sallam say that the one who even has an iota of pride in his heart, will not enter Jannat?
