Faskh of nikaah

Question: What is the position of a girl who is baalighah makes nikaah with someone who is of her (kufuw) standard without the permission of her waly? Can the waly make faskh of the nikaah?
Answer:
If the nikaah was made on mehr mithal, then the waly cannot make faskh. This is the Hanify view.
