The Sure Remedy of all Anxieties and Calamities

بِسْمِ اللَّهِ الرَّحْمَنِ الرَّحِيم

These days every one always says that he /she is struck by calamities and anxieties. Only those who are truly attached to Deen do not say so. Where ever one looks, there is anxiety and bewilderment. To overcome and solve this matter people adopt various means. They read Wazaif and do Dua. They also ask other to do for them.

Remember that only those Duas are authentic and reliable which Allah Ta’ala himself has told us in the Quran Majeed. Allah Ta’ala has clearly stated that for such a such needs this dua is there. Thus only that dua is the only reliable one. Acceptance is only and only in the hands of Allah Ta’ala is the only accepter of Duas.

Today’s Muslim is so far away from Allah Ta’ala that he does not like to use and act on the ways Allah Ta’ala has given and shown us. He has no trust on Allah Ta’ala. For example there is the dua of Surah Furqan verse 74.

ربنا هب لنا من ازواجنا و ذريتنا قرة اعين واجعلنا للمتقين اماما

RABBANAA HAB-LANAA MIN AZWAAJINAA WA DHURRIYYAATINAA QURRATA A’YUN, WAJ-‘ALNAA LIL MUTTAQEENA IMAAMAA

“O our Rabb! Give us such wives and such offsprings who are the coolness of our eyes and make us the Imam of the pious.”

See for yourselves! This dua seems to be a very small one, but it solves so many of our needs and aims.

1. If a man is not getting married, this dua is for him.

2. If a girl is not getting married, this dua is for her.

3. If couples are childless this dua is for them.

4. If children are disobedient, this dua is for them

5. If a husband ill treats his wife, this dua is for this matter

6. If a wife is not considerate towards the husband, this dua is for this matter.

These are the needs for which those who are far from Deen, leave no means to fulfill these matters other than turning to this dua.

This dua is the dua of the slaves of Allah Ta’ala who call him with these words. But todays Muslim is so insolent, so insolent, that he can not beg Allah with this dua.

2. For getting pious sons, Allah Ta’ala has taught us this dua in the Quran Majeed.

رب هب لى من الصالحين. Surah 100 verse 37

RABBI HAB-LEE MINAS SAALIHEEN

“O my Rabb, grant me a pious son.”

3. For doing away with all magic, the Quran Majeed has taught us the last two Surahs. But todays Muslim has no belief in the promises of Allah Ta’ala. Instead of reciting these last two Surahs, he runs after Aamils destroying his Aakirat and wealth.

4. One more dua which is the remedy of all anxieties and calamities is:

حسبنا الله و نعم الوكيل. Surah 103 ayat 3

HASBUNALLAAHU WA NI’MAL WAKEEL

“Allah is Sufficient for us and He is the Best of Helpers.”

On the event of Ghazwa e Uhud, when 70 Sahaba رضى الله عنهم were martyred and all others were extremely tired, they got the news that the enemy is going to attack with fresh forces. They at once said:

حسبنا الله و نعم الوكيل

HASBUNALLAAHU WA NI’MAL WAKEEL

As they said this Allah’s Rehmat at once came their way.

Allah Ta’ala replied:

فانقلبوا بنعمة من الله وفضل لم يمسسهم سوء

Here ف is for immediate, meaning His help arrived immediately. The dua which is in the Quran Majeed, which is the dua of Allah Ta’ala’s beloved slaves, todays Muslim can not beg Allah Ta’ala by this dua.
