“… and fear Allah through whom you demand your mutual (rights), and (do not cut) family ties.” (Surah Nisaa 4:1)

Hadhrat Anas (RadhiAllahu ‘Anhu) has reported: The Messenger of Allah ﷺ said, “He who desires ample provisions and his life be prolonged, should maintain good ties with his blood relation.”
