Hunting with birds

Question: We do hunting of birds with eagles. Upon release we recite Bismillah. The bird hunts the other bird and in the process the hunted bird bleeds to death before we can slaughter it. Is the hunted bird Halaal?

Answer: Yes the bird is Halaal.
